So as most of you know by now my account got suspended. No reason or explanation was given from youtube but that was expected seeing that they don't even know half the time that someone got deleted of their system.
What really frustrates me however is the fact that I lost all my hard work i put into it just because some little arrogant fucker from the youtube staff, who doesn't have anything better to do in life, deleted my account.
I pride myself in having the most viewed South African video online and now all of that is long gone. I would appreciate it if you guys can still contact them and ask for my account to be reinstated. You can go here to tell them...

Well, YouTube does have the grounds to suspend r3ndi3r's account. I mean, he did violate YouTube's copyright guidelines by posting a news documentary, and used songs without permission.
In spite of that, I still sent a complaint to the YouTube support team. I really admire r3ndi3r's willingness to express his opinions, and anyone's opinions are worth sticking up for.

Rendier, I feel for you, bud. My opinion is that a lot of this is because you are a white South African. And unfortunately, South Africa's reputation throughout the world is that all blacks are victims, while all whites are the victimizers - even those who had absolutely nothing to do with apartheid.
So it sucks that anything you say about trying to improve the country can be constituted as a racist remark by your opposition. A few are even saying that your desire to help the disadvantaged can even be considered reverse racism! How sad.

Rendier, I am SunshineBuddha on youtube. I am writing this because I care about your well being. There is no doubt that there is massive frustration in your mind due to all that is going on in South Africa. It can affect anyone in this way.
I applaud all your efforts in wanting to make South Africa a better place for all. This is something that many people wouldn't do.
But I really hope that you have inner peace as well. One important point is that you did not choose to be born a South African, just like I did not choose to be born American - that's just the way things happened.
If doing a vlog is something that releases the tension and gets you back into a better state, then I think that's a great thing. If, on the other hand, you are letting events in SA take over yourself, your personality...then that is not a good thing. Life is too short, we must enjoy it as much as possible.
If leaving SA is an option that can help you, then I would pursue that also. It's bad for the spirit to have such negative emotions all the time. It can have bad consequences. No doubt, we should all do what we can, compassionately, to look after our countries. But we need to look after ourselves compassionately too. I never said I was against Apartheid. I'm all for it. Things were much better for everyone. Look, Blacks destroy everything they touch. Every race has been subjugation at one point in history or another, but only Blacks choose to put themselves under DeFacto subjugation even after being "freed." Point is, they like it. Rendier deserved to be suspended. I am not buying into his "lets improve South Africa" campaign. But international pressure is the biggest reason apartheid was abolished! Of course there were many people during apartheid that didn't like it, and protested. That would be understandable, wouldn't it. But ultimately international pressure prevailed. NOT that the SA government really wanted to relinquish apartheid out of their own generosity, that is utter hogwash. And again, blacks know this.
And I agree with some of the comments on this post, regarding the SA government's possible intervention on this. It's possible (though perhaps not true) that They saw that Rendier was talking too much crap (too much selective, unsympathetic bullshit, actually), and asked to suspend his account. But it doesn't take some high-almighty power like the SA government to realize that Youtube did the right thing by suspending Rendier.
When you bury the truth--as some people see it--you only force it underground. Things do not just "go away" because you wish it so. Let Rendier speak. He has a right to whether you believe in his words or not. What would you rather do? Talk about differences, or force unpopular opinions underground so that said opinions only have one recourse left to them? Think about it. It's real. Hey Rendier, your video's have been spot on every time. You speak the mind of every young South African. I live in the UK now, I left South Africa 7 years ago (I have been to visit within those years). You must realise that the older generation (who now are in charge of the media, government and economy) has a liberal view of the world, which was indoctrinated into them during the 60's and 70's.
Europe has a lot of problems too. I will give you some examples. The UK has areas where the ethnic minorities have become the majority and white males cannot walk through the suburbs without getting robbed, assaulted or killed. The media wont report (in the mainstream) where a white person has been a victim of crime inflicted by a person of the ethnic minority, but instead if a person from the ethnic minority is a victim, the government would launch a massive investigation into the “racist” incident. In the west black on white crime is not racist. It’s ridiculous. France has massive problems with interracial rape (black on white). Belgium, UK, Netherlands and Germany have been overflowed by Arabs and Islamic fundamentalists’. It's just a matter of time before Europe turns into another Africa. Universities in the UK has so much problems with rape, stabbings and theft, it feels like, when i was living in Joburg. The whites in Europe and the west have this "guilt" on their shoulders and they pass it onto the next generation. The Brits don't teach their kids about the concentration camps implemented by the Empire in the Boer War (a Genocide), but Nazi Germany is taught to every kid from the age of 10.
Anyway, I'm just tired of the Brits judging me as a white South African. They forget that apartheid existed a long time before we had control over the country. It was initiated by Cecil Rhodes and the Governor of the Cape (by the permission of Her Majesties government in Britain), we couldn’t take a shit without the permission of the British government. All the white South Africans did was give it a name (Apartheid) - Separate growth and preservation of culture with English and Afrikaans as a common language. So if the liberal west wants to blame someone then blame the people that planted the seed, not those who gave the plant a name (Now the tree has been cut down, everyone is suffering from sun stroke as there is no shade to protect them). We created homelands for every tribe of South Africa, but the international community did not recognise them, so they couldn’t receive independence and the black South Africans wanted the whole country because they invaded South Africa 200 years before the whites landed in Cape Town. If that is the case the whole of America should be returned to the American Indians. The UK should grant independence to Scotland and give England and Wales back to the Celts. You see that would never happen, because the west is easy to judge every country on earth, but the shit is in their own backgarden they would never implement their own liberal policies.
I just don't want you to get your hope up that the grass is greener on the other side, because it’s not. Instead white South Africans (young and old) are all realising that South Africa is our home. We don’t belong anywhere else. Europe and the USA don't want us and nor does any other country even the new “democratic” “free” South Africa. It seems that the world has become ignorant to South Africa’s problems and inequalities because the western politicians score their points by supporting the black man over the white (to win the ethnic minorities vote and donations). Everyone turned their backs on us, they used us to fight the Russians and Cubans in Africa to stem communism, such as fighting the South African Communist Party (SACP) the African National Congress (ANC). Everyone seems to forget the “peace loving” (as the west wants to portray him) Nelson Mandela was caught with bombs and plans to blow up buildings and kill innocent people in the name of communism. But I guess he’s as much a freedom fighter as Osama Bin Ladin (one man’s freedom fighter is another man’s terrorist),but after the Cold War ended our use as people to the west came to an end as well. We shed so much blood for the west and freedom during the First and Second World War and where is the appreciation for their freedom now? We aren’t even mentioned in any documentaries, education curriculum about both World Wars of our participation.
Let's face it our generation have suffered the most from our ancestors decisions and we have been punished for something we had no control over. I love the way that people leaving comments on this blog seem to think we deserve it. Well, it’s like us saying when the Muslims rise up against the Europeans and starts rioting, murdering and raping their women and children that they deserve it for treating the Arabs so bad during the crusades.
I think everyone agrees that we need you to keep making your videos, because there is no-one else brave enough as you that would speak for us white South Africans. You tell the rest of the world what it’s really like and they can see that the rainbow nation can only see one colour (which isn't even in the rainbow). The world can also associate the issues of South Africa with their own countries and realize that the seeds are busy growing in their own countries. You don't realise that every South African wants to do something about the inequalities and inefficiencies of the ANC government, but they can't organise into one group to do something about it. You at least put to the world our suffering as a people. You are the only person capable atm of aiding your nation by speaking the truth like the ANC did while they were in exile, because that’s how the expats feel. Exiles of the only homeland we have.
You should look at other websites such as liveleak to post your videos because anything goes on there; I promise you, people will follow you. Just don’t stop because a lot of South Africans will lose hope and even though you just make videos (that you might see as ranting), you make an impact on every single South African, as you make them confident and reassure them that they don’t stand alone. For the last 14 years we haven't had anyone who has done that. Your effort (may be small), but it is already making a big difference to your people. That is why you got kicked of youtube, because everyone has realised that you have captured the feelings of your people and they are rallying behind you. The South African government, the liberals and the black nationalists are threatened by you. You should not be deterred by them because you are boer and we have a right as they do to speak the truths of our peoples suffering.

I think your views are interesting even though I often disagree with them. Sometimes, often, I wonder where you get your perceptions from and I get the distinct feeling that maybe I understood South Africa better during the 6 months I spent there (I am American) than you do in all your years there.
